1. General Provisions

These are the terms and conditions governing the use of FLIPSCENT.com, its subdomains, sites, services, and related tools.

Dear Guest, by visiting the Site, you guarantee your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them, you must refrain from using this Site. The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the Site without prior notice. Please check the Terms and Conditions of use regularly to keep up with all updates. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your full acceptance of all changes made to the Terms and Conditions of use.

2. How to Use the Site

Age Eligibility

Dear Guest, you are either at least eighteen (18) years of age or visiting this Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site under the specified Terms and Conditions. The sole purpose of this license is to shop for personal items sold on the Site. Use for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly and transparently permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without prior notice.

All content included on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property and copyright of either FLIPSCENT, its users, suppliers, or licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property rights laws. The content on the Site and its compilation are the exclusive property of FLIPSCENT and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights and laws.

Subscription to FLIPSCENT & Customer Account

Certain related services and features that may be available on the Site require registration or subscription. By choosing to register or subscribe to any of these related services or features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and to promptly update it if any changes occur. Each user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords or other account identifiers safe and secure. The account holder is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under their password or within their account.

Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. In no event shall FLIPSCENT be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if FLIPSCENT has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of FLIPSCENT under this agreement, we have the right to indefinitely suspend, limit, or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership from the Site.

3. Electronic Communication

During the registration process, you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site. You may later opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

4. User Submissions

All your submissions to the Site and/or provisions to us, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") become our sole and exclusive property, and shall in no event belong to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any type of Submission, once you share your comments or reviews with us on the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name you submit that is directly associated with the review, comment, or any other content. You shall not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or otherwise attempt to mislead us or any third party as to the origin and reliability of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.

5. Order Acceptance and Pricing

Orders

The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason and at any time. Before we accept an order, we may request that you provide additional information or verifications, including but not limited to, phone number and address.

Product Description

In the event that a product offered on the Site does not match its description on the Site, your exclusive remedy is to return the product in accordance with the return policy specified below.

Pricing Information

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or to cancel any orders placed for products or services whose prices are incorrect on the Site as a result of an error. In this event, we will send a notification to this effect via email. In addition, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to correct errors in the full declared price.

6. Saving Credit Card Information

When paying with your credit card, you agree to save your credit card information on FLIPSCENT. Your credit card information will be protected using the latest electronic encryption technologies. All your information is secure and cannot be accessed by any third party.

7. Return Policy

FLIPSCENT accepts product returns depending on the condition. To review the return policy, which we reserve the right to change at any time, please visit the designated link.

Please note: Makeup products are strictly non-returnable after purchase.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Site, FLIPSCENT, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal costs and fees) incurred by us arising out of your breach of this User Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Severability

If any provision of this User Agreement is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the User Agreement. In such a case, that part shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied pursuant to the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh, and waives any objections based on venue.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any transaction executed on the Site, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of the Terms and Conditions or any part thereof ("Dispute"), the first party must amicably attempt to settle the dispute through good faith negotiations by allowing a response period of thirty (30) days from sending the first written notice informing the other party of the Dispute.

12. Termination (Revocation)

In addition to any legal or equitable remedies, we may immediately, and without prior notice, terminate these Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this agreement, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Site, and we may immediately, in addition to any legal or equitable remedies, revoke all passwords or other identification methods issued to you, and deny your access to and use of this Site, in whole or in part.

Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including, without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You further agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with this Site or with any of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of FLIPSCENT in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

13. Promotional Discount Codes

These are vouchers issued as part of advertising campaigns and are valid for a limited period only.
Promotional discount codes cannot be purchased.
Valid for use exclusively on www.FLIPSCENT.com and within the announced duration.
Certain brands may be excluded from promotional codes.
The code can be used only once per order.
The value of the products must comply with the minimum limit required to use the code.
No remaining balance can be refunded or recovered after using the code.
The code must be entered before completing the order process; it cannot be applied retroactively.
The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash or any financial benefits.
It is prohibited to combine more than one promotional discount code in the same order.

14. Gift Cards

Issued as part of campaigns or as a purchase option, and have a specific validity period.
Can be used to purchase products via www.FLIPSCENT.com only.
The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or financial benefits.
Gift cards or their balances cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
If the card balance is insufficient, the difference can be paid using other available payment methods.
The Company is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the gift card after issuance.
The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from entering an incorrect email address for the card recipient.
The use of gift cards for commercial purposes or resale is prohibited.

15. Purchase Vouchers

Purchase vouchers cannot be used on orders under 200 SAR, or on any Arabic brands and beauty products.
Gift vouchers are issued in the denomination of 100 SAR (for example, a 500 SAR voucher is granted as five vouchers worth 100 SAR each).

16. Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used on Chanel products, Dior products, all Arabic brands, beauty products, and promotional offers.

Some vouchers and codes have a maximum discount cap, and the value varies depending on the offer as outlined below:

For the 25% discount, please note the following conditions:

25% Discount: Minimum order of 150 SAR with a discount not exceeding 40 SAR.
25% Discount: Minimum order of 100 SAR with a discount not exceeding 25 SAR.

100% Discount Code: Valid only for orders whose value does not exceed 500 SAR, and applicable to the first customer only.

Some vouchers and codes have a minimum shopping cart limit, and this value varies according to the code.
To obtain free purchase vouchers for any offer, the final order amount after adding the discount code must match the minimum order value specified with the offer.

17. Express Delivery

Express delivery is available exclusively for the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The cost of express delivery is 22 SAR, independent of the order price. This fee is refundable if there is any delay on the part of FLIPSCENT. However, if the delay is caused by the customer or if the delivery agent receives no response, the fee is non-refundable.
If the order is not received, it will be returned to our warehouses and will be shipped via standard shipping companies, taking 1 to 3 business days to be delivered.
The deadline for receiving express delivery orders is 2:00 PM. Timings are updated during the holy month of Ramadan. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, delivery will be fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days.
Express delivery is not available on Fridays and official holidays within Saudi Arabia.
